01Executive
President
Physics · Year 5
Oversees all club operations, chairs executive and general meetings, and acts as the primary liaison between the club, the Students' Union and faculty. Holds one of the two signing authorities for the club's finances.
Vice President
Physics · Year 5
Supports the President and manages internal club affairs. Steps in when the President is absent and helps coordinate initiatives that span physics, astronomy and mathematics.
Treasurer
Physics · Year 3
Manages the club's accounts, applies for funding and grants, and keeps transparent financial records. Holds the second signing authority for the club's finances.
Co-Logistics Director

Handles the operational details of club events: booking rooms and spaces, drafting event proposals and keeping minutes.

Our graduate advisors provide academic guidance and help deliver events. They're a bridge for undergraduates looking for mentorship, research opportunities and an honest picture of life in graduate school.
Faculty advisor
A faculty member from the Department of Physics & Astronomy advises the club on academic programming and connects us with research on campus.
